Spline plug gauges (external spline gauges) are used to check circular space width on an internal splined component. We manufacture and supply both straight and helical spline plug gauges to clients worldwide.

We also manufacture external spline gauges, tapered plug gauges, plain diameter plug gauges & taper plain diameter plug gauges.

We typically manufacture plug gauges in O1 tool steel which has a hardness rockwell (HRC) of 60-62. However we also manufacture in other materials such as high-speed steel which is more durable, offering extended life e.g. ASP 30 which has a HRC of 65-66!
